RSA certifies ESSC as the 'EMEA Support Center'

RSA (the security division of EMC) certified and appointed ESSC as the dedicated RSA Support Partner for the EMEA region, covering both EMEA customers and global customers during EMEA timezone. As we announce this strategic partnership, already many organisations are serviced by ESSC for RSA. Within the operational workflow ESSC is the extension of the RSA Support organization for the EMEA region. Therefor ESSC is fully integrated within the RSA processes, and part of the RSA Support Team for back-to-back alignment on a day-to-day basis. Besides 'expert knowledge' the multi-language support ESSC provides is a real added-value for RSA customers in Europe, so most customers can be services in their own language. Finally, ESSC is an independant and non-competing Support Organisation who can integrate with the System Integrator appointed by the end-customer.
